For physical products, shipping information and tracking will be provided when available.

Digital products do not require physical shipping and may be delivered electronically through email, download links, customer accounts, or other digital delivery methods.

Primal Nomads is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Primal Nomads LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of Primal Nomads products and is not responsible for our products, fulfillment, customer service, or other obligations arising from your transaction with us, except to the extent Shopify separately provides services directly to you.

We may limit, suspend, or prohibit Agent access where necessary to protect customers, the Services, our systems, intellectual property, or business operations.

Amounts validly owed before termination remain payable.
